Sell Timber 2

  1. Logging Conditions are dependent upon access to the timber and ground conditions for the equipment. We will determine buffers and erosion control procedures for all logging operations to ensure that all environmental regulations are met. We abide by the guidelines adopted by the North Carolina General Assembly that pertain to forestry - Best Management Practices (BMPs).

  1. Marketing the timber is possibly the most important part of the Pricing Process. We break down each tree, according to the timber cruise, and determine how it should be priced. Keeping in mind: will this oak tree produce hardwood floors? Will this poplar tree produce #1 grade lumber? How many board feet will this pine tree produce, etc? We take time to evaluate your trees in order to provide you with top financial gain from your timber.

HARVESTING
Harvesting of your timber and delivering logs to the mill brings it all togather. We will work hard for and with each landowner to meet the desired outcome for their forest.
